I serve as the president of The Sales Coaching Group™ and PerformOne Training Group™. I work as an executive sales coach and organizational development expert with nearly 3 decades and 60,000 hours of real-world experience serving start-ups and Fortune 100 companies. I am fortunate to teach and work in an area that I am passionate about. I work with executive level (C-Suite) and emerging leaders. My primary focus is organizational development training and sales coaching.
I completed post-academic work in Management Leadership Research at the renowned Tepper School of Business. (Carnegie Mellon University) and completed an MBA in 1996.

My academic qualifications include a BS in Business from The University of the State of New York, a Masters of Business Administration from Southern Nazarene University, an Advanced MBA Certification from the Freeman School of Business (Tulane University), and
Serving as a manufacturer sales representative in the 90′s, I represented several Orthopedic, Neurology, and Cardiovascular products and was twice selected “Salesman of the Year” for a Fortune 100 company. In late 2002, I was recruited to Medrad Inc., a subsidiary of Bayer Healthcare. While at Medrad, I served a strategic business unit as the North American Sales Manager. The SBU consistently outperformed all other SBU’s in growth and profit margin. Growth exceeded 30% annually for the first 5 years. I was selected by my peers as the “most valuable player” in 2006. I served a role in developing and implementing a Strategic Account Manager model that negotiated group purchasing contracts, sold to regional hospitals and managed the general field sales team. The SBU strategies changed industry standards. I helped develop and implement the “Sales Process” and the metrics to measure performance.
My teaching experience is well documented; as a senior adjunct professor, I have been honored to be often requested by individual students. I have served as an adjunct professor at Oklahoma Wesleyan University for nearly two decades. CBS MoneyWatch and Rate My Professors have awarded the university “Best Faculty” in America for the last three years . (2010,2011,2012)
I have published 7 books including the popular series, I Didn’t Sign Up … (4 books), Coaching The Super 5%, and Mediocrity the Monster Within published in 2017.
