PerformOne focuses exclusively on prospective clients who are looking to develop a competitive advantage by training their key sales leaders and teams. My clients have included Bayer HealthCare, Medtronic, and other well-known sales organizations both local and domestic.
We focus on delivering specific sales metric improvements for large, medium and small sales organizations. I personally have successfully delivered results on projects ranging from $5 million to 500 million.
We help companies increase their number of prospective customers, win more opportunities and increase the value of each customer. We focused on transitioning them from order takers to proactive “problem probing” to uncover the need for other products. We focus heavily on a learned process to replicate for years to come.
When a former client transitioned from a product company to a full-service offering, service revenue jumped annually from $1.5M to $10M, then $80M. We focused on finding, winning, and retaining the best customers in our segment.
My background includes 29 years in sales, sales management, and executive sales management for a Fortune 50 company. I have run start-up sales organizations and large ($500M) organizations with a track record for significant sales improvements. I have authored 7 books.
